RETURNS
30 days to return an item from the date to receive it.

Please contact us first to initiate a return and refund. Direct return at the time of delivery or to the local post office without prior contact would not be accepted. You can email us at contact@videowallgear.com with *RETURN* in the email heading.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer needs to cover the returning costs.
REFUNDS
Refund status will be notified immediately once returned items are received and confirmed at our warehouse.
For best customer service, like always we will notify you via email once your return package has been received, and let you know whether the items qualify for a refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for you.
